WASHING
Make sure to wash your towel separately for the first wash. Wash on a cold gentle machine wash with like colours or continue to wash the towel on its own for future washes. Our towels are made from 100% cotton and have a plush feel. As our towels are made from a natural fiber pilling may occur in initial washes. Do not soak, rub or bleach the towel.
DRYING
After washing it is recommended that you line dry your towels. If you experience your towel pilling, run them through the dryer on a short cycle with a low heat setting and use a few dryer sheets. The dryer will help remove any extra lint from the towels, and the dryer sheets will help catch lint that is left over on the surface of the towel. Do not iron or dry clean your towels.
PULLING
Pulled loops can occur from many ways such as if your towels are in close proximity to jewelry or rough surfaces. If the loops are pulled, gently snip the pulled loop with scissors. Doing this will not impact the towel’s lifespan.

WASHING
We recommend spot clean your hat with a damp cloth to get stains out. Alternatively you can hand wash your hats on their own using cold water for about 2-5 minutes. Please don't soak your hats for a long period of time or place your hat in the washing machine.
DRYING
After washing your hat we recommend placing it on a flat surface outside in a dry shaded area to dry and avoid discolouration.
If your hat has a crease you can use a steamer or the steam from an iron to take out the crease. Steam the underside of the brim, flip it, lightly steam the top of the brim and then lay it on a clean, flat surface to keep it's shape. Please do not apply the actual iron to the hat - the steam will be enough to soften the hat so the creases will come out.
Store on a flat surface to keep its shape once dry.
TIPS
Dyed fabrics can fade over time. If you worry about this we recommend you avoid prolonged periods of sun exposure to your hat to avoid colour fade.
Use can use a lint roller or double-sided tape to remove any excess dirt or fluff that might attach to your hat.
